Bimitry specializes in comprehensive architectural and design solutions tailored to meet client needs. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Schematic Design (SND)
Creating initial plans that define the spatial organization, flow, and functionality of your space.
BIM and 3D Modeling
Enabling virtual visualization of your space, allowing informed decision-making before construction.
Sustainability Consultation
Designing eco-friendly and energy-efficient spaces using sustainable materials and techniques.
End-to-End Project Management
Overseeing every aspect of your project, from planning and permitting to execution and completion.

Each project’s scope, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly outlined in a separate project-specific agreement. Archpatch studios is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all services provided.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including designs, drawings, 3D models, schematics, and other materials created by Bimitry, remains the exclusive property of Bimitry unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes:
Architectural and Design Concepts
Rights to architectural and design concepts developed during the project.
Proprietary BIM Processes
Ownership of proprietary BIM processes, methodologies, and tools.
Clients may use deliverables solely for their intended purpose, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your project, you, as the client, agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
Provide accurate and comprehensive information, including site details, preferences, and project objectives.
Grant Access
Grant timely access to project sites for Bimitry’s team and any contractors or vendors involved.
Respond Promptly
Respond promptly to requests for approvals or additional information to prevent project delays.
Ensure Compliance
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, zoning requirements, and homeowner association rules.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or adjustments to project timelines.
6. Fees and Payments

Payment Schedules

Clients acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for construction execution and adherence to local codes rests with contractors and builders.
10. Termination
